Questions

Is my PDF uploaded to add the text?

No. Your browser writes the text into the PDF on this device. Neither the file nor the words you type are sent anywhere.

Can I type accents, like ñ, ç or ã?

Yes. Letters with accents, ¿ and ¡, curly quotes and the euro sign all work. The new text is real PDF text, so it can be selected, copied and searched afterwards.

How do I write several lines?

Press Enter to start a new line. To keep a paragraph inside a column, drag the corner of the text box to the width you want, and the lines wrap to fit it. Alignment puts the lines to the left, the centre or the right.

Can I type over words to replace them?

Cover the old words with Whiteout first, then add your text on top. Whiteout only hides what’s underneath: the original words are still in the file, so it isn’t a way to remove private information.
