Your files

Tools marked “Nothing uploaded” run inside your web browser, using code that loads with the page. The files you choose are read and processed in your device’s memory. They are never sent to us or to anyone else, and they are gone when you close or reload the page.

If we add a tool that needs a server, it won’t carry that label, and its page will say exactly what is sent and why before you use it.

How you can check

Open your browser’s developer tools, choose the Network tab, and use any tool. You will see the page load its own code, and no request that carries your file. The only other requests come from the visit counter described below, and they carry page details, never file contents. The site’s security policy also stops the page from sending data to any other website.

What our hosting provider sees

Like every website, our hosting provider receives basic request details, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you open, so it can deliver the site and protect it from attacks. These details never include your files.

Visit counting

We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, so we know which tools people use. It records page views and how quickly pages load, along with general details such as browser type and country. It doesn’t use cookies, doesn’t follow you to other websites, and never receives your files.

Cookies and advertising

This site doesn’t set cookies and doesn’t use advertising trackers. If that changes, this page will be updated before it does.
