    Names

Or paste them separated by commas. Up to 500.

    8 names.

    How to pick

All different, such as two reviewers or a pair on call.

A click as the wheel turns, and a chime for the pick.

What you type stays on this device. Nothing is uploaded.

How to pick a random name

    1. Type or paste the names, one per line or separated by commas.
    2. Choose how to pick: take turns, remove each person once picked, or anyone every time, and how many people at once.
    3. Press Next turn (or Spin). The wheel stops on a name, and the page remembers who has had a turn.

    Questions

Is the pick really random and fair?

Yes. Each pick comes from your browser’s cryptographic random number generator, the one used for encryption, and every name on the wheel has exactly the same chance. The spin only shows the result: it’s decided before the wheel moves.

    How do rotations work?

With Take turns, nobody is picked twice until everyone has had a turn. The page shows who’s still to go and a history of turns with dates, and remembers them next time. When everyone has gone, a new round starts. If someone is away, Skip keeps their turn for later in the round.

Can I keep several lists, like stand-up and on-call?

Yes. Choose New list, give it a name and add the names. Each list keeps its own rotation and history, and the random team generator uses the same lists.

Are the names saved or sent anywhere?

They’re saved only in this browser on your device, so your list is still there next time. Nothing is sent to us or anyone else. Delete a list in the tool, or clear this site’s data in your browser, to remove it.

How do I share the list with my team?

Press Copy link and send the link. The names travel in the link itself, after the #, a part of the address that browsers never send to a website. Whoever opens it gets the names on their own device.

    Use DigiTools offline

Keep every tool in English on this device, so they work without an internet connection.

AI models aren’t included: each AI tool downloads its own the first time you use it.
