Questions

Are my PDF and signature uploaded anywhere?

No. Your browser does all the work on this device. The PDF and your signature are never sent to a server, so there is nothing for anyone to store, read or leak.

Is this a legally valid signature?

This tool adds a picture of your signature to the PDF, which is a simple electronic signature. It isn’t a certificate-based digital signature, the kind that proves who signed and that nothing changed afterwards. Many people and businesses accept a simple electronic signature for everyday forms and agreements, but whether it’s accepted is up to whoever asked for it, so check with them if you’re not sure.

Can I sign more than one page?

Yes. Go to each page that needs your signature and select Add to this page. You can add as many signatures as you need and remove any of them before you save.

Does signing change anything else in the PDF?

No. Your signature is added on top of the page and nothing else is touched. Text stays sharp and selectable, and links, bookmarks and the rest of the file are kept as they were.
