Questions
Are my files uploaded anywhere?
No. Your browser does all the work on this device. The files are never sent to a server, so there is nothing for anyone to store, read or leak.
How do I crop to an exact size, such as 1080 × 1080 pixels?
Choose 1:1 as the aspect ratio and type 1080 in Width. The height follows the ratio. Type Left and Top to place the box exactly.
Does cropping reduce quality?
No. The pixels you keep are copied exactly. JPG and WebP files are saved again at high quality, so they look the same, and PNG files stay lossless and keep their transparency.
Can I crop without dragging?
Yes. Select the crop box with the Tab key and move it with the arrow keys, holding Shift for bigger steps. Or type the position and size in the fields under Options.
