How to organize the pages of a PDF

  1. Choose one or more PDFs, or drop them onto the page.
  2. Drag pages into place, or select pages and use the buttons to move, rotate, delete or copy them. Undo takes back a step.
  3. Select Save PDF and download the organized file, or Extract selected pages for a PDF of just those pages.

Questions

Are my files uploaded anywhere?

No. Your browser does all the work on this device. The files are never sent to a server, so there is nothing for anyone to store, read or leak.

Can I organize pages without a mouse?

Yes. Use the arrow keys to go from page to page and Space to select, then Move earlier, Move later or Move to position. Alt with an arrow key moves the selected pages, Delete removes them, and Ctrl+Z (⌘Z on a Mac) undoes. On a phone or tablet, touch and hold a page to drag it, or use the buttons.

What is kept in the organized PDF?

Every page keeps its text, pictures and links exactly as they are, so nothing loses quality. The first file’s form fields and bookmarks are kept too, though a bookmark or link to a page you deleted no longer goes anywhere. Pages added from other PDFs bring their text, pictures and web links, but not their bookmarks or form fields.

Can I mix pages from different PDFs?

Yes. Choose several PDFs at once, or add more with Add more PDF files. Their pages join the end, and you can put them in any order, mix them and delete the ones you don’t need, then save one PDF.
